1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Retro Blocks ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the App.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and run the App on compatible Apple-branded iOS and iPadOS devices that you own or control.
3. In-App Purchases & Restores
Retro Blocks offers an optional one-time In-App Purchase to unlock full gameboards and features. All payments are billed and managed directly through Apple's App Store. Purchases are non-refundable through the developer; refund requests must be handled according to Apple's refund guidelines. You can restore your purchase on any device using the same Apple ID via the in-app Restore button.
4. Intellectual Property
All game code, visuals, audio compositions, graphics, and interface designs in Retro Blocks are the intellectual property of Retro Blocks. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, extract assets, or create derivative works from the App.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Retro Blocks is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
